# LiveStream Pro analytics

Before you begin

- The analytics described below are only available in ended events. They are not available for future or live events.
- As well, this feature can only be accessed by users with the **Administrator**, **Editor** and **Producer** [roles](/v1/docs/roles-and-permissions).

## Description

You are now able to access the analytics of your event after it has finished.

In addition to the total streaming time, the average view time, total number of viewers, viewers at peak and a link to the event recording (if it has been [enabled](/v1/docs/recording)), you can also download the following CSV reports:

- Views report
- Attendees report
- Chat messages report

This article contains more information about each specific report, described below.

### Views report

The views report lists the distribution of plays per minute, lists the distribution of concurrent plays per minute, as well as the play distribution per country. Note that its date range is for the duration of the event in live state. It is available for all streamed events.

### Attendance report

> Only admins are allowed to generate and download the attendance report.

This report is available if [SSO or e-mail registration](/v1/docs/event-access) is enabled. It will contain a list of registered viewers with the following information:

- Registered Date (first occurrence)
- event state when registered
- email
- first name
- last name

### Messaging report

This report lists all messages sent by participants during the event if [messaging](/v1/docs/messaging) was enabled. It will contain the following information:

- Username
- Message text
- Date when message was sent
- Moderation status for moderated Q&A (approved/declined)

The report also shows messages that were sent in the Pre-Live state.
