# Add additional Event-Files for download

Event editors can upload additional files in different formats for each language version, with a maximum size of 50 MB. Participants can access protected downloads for these files, including presentation PDFs enabled via a toggle in the viewer.

- Upload, replace, or remove multiple files per language version.
- Enable presentation downloads for participants using a toggle in the manager.
- Download files in the active language or the default language fallback.
