Backdoor access

Before the event is live, navigate to your cockpit page.

From the cockpit page, select your event. There, you will see a "Backdoor access" button.

You can share this link with other attendees and prepare the event together.

There are different types of backdoor access links:

1. Generic backdoor access link with code: Anyone could access the event. This code can be reset manually, so that the access is not available anymore

2. Backdoor access link for authorized guests: Only guest that are authorized to access the backdoor can enter with this link. They will need to connect with their e-mail and the role can be pre-defined via the guest-list, so that co-hosts and speakers enter the event whenever possible.
