Duplicate Interaction & Search Interaction

Duplicate Interaction

Step 1

Locate the interaction you wish to duplicate, click on the 3 dots actions button at the end of the relevant row and select Duplicate interaction.

Search Interaction

Step 1

To search for an interaction click into the Search field at the top of the interaction list.

Step 2

Type in what you are looking for, the list of interactions will be filtered automatically.
