View/Edit Interaction

Step 1

Locate the interaction you wish to view or change, click on the 3 dots actions button at the end of the relevant row and select Edit. The detail page will open. Please note that the interactions can only be edited until they are not yet closed.

Step 2

If you only wish to view the details of this interaction, you may click “Cancel” to exit the form when you have completed viewing. To change the details of this interaction, follow the same process as described in Step 2 of the Add interaction chapter above.

Step 3

If you have made any changes press the Update button so the interaction will be saved. If you'd like to close the form without saving you can click on Cancel.

If you have filled in any invalid data or left any mandatory fields empty you will get an error message and the changes will not yet be saved. You need to correct the data and then press Update again. If everything was filled-in correctly the changes will be saved and confirmed.
