Recording Your Screen with CorporateTube
Screen recording functionality in CorporateTube is exclusively available for internal CorporateTube accounts that utilize Single Sign-on (SSO).
Due to technical limitations, screen recording is not supported in Safari and Internet Explorer 11 browsers.
Recording Process
- Hover over the [Create] button in the navigation menu and select "Record video". 
- Select the microphone. Browser access to the microphone may be required. 
- Review and accept the general legal terms before proceeding. 
- Click [Share screen & start recording]. Before recording begins, choose the screen or application window you want to capture. The actual screen recording will start after a 3-second countdown. 
- Use the [Pause] and [Resume] buttons to control the recording. 
- Click [Finish recording] to preview the recording. You can choose to upload the recording or start a new one. 
- As the recording uploads, a progress bar will appear along with form fields for naming, selecting channels, adding keywords, and describing the video. 
- Complete the mandatory upload form fields while the video uploads: - Title: The name of your video. 
- Channel: The channel(s) where your video will be located. You can select multiple channels simultaneously. 
- Keywords (Optional): Keywords help categorize videos by related topics and facilitate searches. 
- Description (Optional): A description for your video. You can use HTML to embed links in your video descriptions, if desired. 
 
- Click [Publish] when the upload is complete. 
- The "Upload complete" page will appear, providing a link to view the newly uploaded video. CorporateTube will generate a separate link for each channel you assigned your video to. 
Note: It may take a few minutes for your uploaded video to appear in CorporateTube. This is due to the time required for the system to generate the necessary file formats for your video.
