Include Subtitles in Recording Upload
Event managers can now seamlessly reuse live event subtitles for their on-demand content. This enhancement automatically transfers AI-generated live subtitles from LSPro to VMPro, eliminating the need to create new subtitles for video-on-demand recordings.
How It Works
When recording upload to VMPro is enabled and AI Live Subtitles are activated, subtitles are automatically transferred to VMPro alongside the recording.
Subtitles will automatically appear in the LSPro Viewer when the recording is selected for Video-on-Demand playback.
Enabling the Feature
Locate the "Include subtitles in recording upload" toggle in your event settings.
Enable the toggle to ensure SRT subtitle files are included when the recording is uploaded to VideoManager Pro.

Note:
This feature requires both recording upload to VMPro and AI Live Subtitles to be active for the event.
Video-on-Demand mode
Recordings stored in your VideoManager Pro can then be selected for Video-on-Demand mode, after the event has finished. If you want to learn more about Video-on-Demand mode you can read this article.
Please note
Videos have to be released in order to be selectable for VOD mode. You can find more information about releasing a video here.
