Supported File Formats for Attachments
Overview
VideoManager Pro allows you to attach files to your videos, but not all file formats are supported. This is a security measure to prevent malicious file uploads.
Supported file formats
The following file formats can be uploaded as attachments:
Text: .txt, .vtt, .srt, .xml
Image: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .svg, .tiff
Microsoft Office: .docx, .pptx, .xlsx
PDF: .pdf
Thumbnail: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .svg, .tiff
Subtitle: .srt, .vtt
Unsupported file formats
The following file formats cannot be uploaded as attachments:
.zip
.odt
.doc
.ppt
.mp3
.mp4
.html
