Watermarking

Description

If you want to make sure that your confidential livestream event cannot be filmed, watermarking can help you to prevent it. This is done by displaying the viewers' user IDs in the player so that the account that created the footage can be traced when the video is shared.

How to activate watermarking

If you want to activate watermarking for your livestream you have to check two things:

1. Watermarking has to be activated by our professional services team for your LiveStream Pro Channel.

2. You have to use Single Sign-On for the event, so that we have the user IDs of all users.

When you fulfil these two conditions, you should see the ‘Add watermark in live stream’ toggle in the ‘Security & Access’ tab.
