Test: Add transcripts manually

It is now possible to both upload a transcript or set an existing subtitle as a transcript, which will then become available in the new player for this video (if transcript functionality is active for this particular player). This enables the following: * Add transcripts to videos without using AI * Make videos with existing subtitles, but without transcript BFSG-compliant (accessibility) easily using the   subtitles you already have
