Using custom domains
To use LiveStream Pro on a custom domain, follow the steps below:
Create a Professional Services ticket. This ticket will enable you to track the progress of your custom domain configuration.
Add a CNAME record to your DNS records.
Ensure that the CNAME points to lspro-prod.azureedge.net
Provide movingimage your Personal Information Exchange (PFX) certificate
movingimage will carry out the necessary configurations for Azure and our identity provider.
Add a CNAME Record
A CNAME record is a type of DNS record that points a domain name to another domain name. In this case, you will need to create a CNAME record that points your custom domain to lspro-prod.azureedge.net
Provide Your PFX Certificate
Your PFX certificate is a file that contains your domain’s SSL certificate and private key. You can get your PFX certificate from your domain registrar or hosting provider. Once you have your PFX certificate, you need to provide it to movingimage. We will use it to configure Azure and our identity provider.
Wait for movingimage to configure Azure and identity provider
Once we have your PFX certificate, we will need some time to configure Azure and our identity provider. This process usually takes a few hours.
Once the configuration is complete, you will be able to use LiveStream Pro on your custom domain.
