Archive an event

Overview

Archived events help to organize your LiveStream Pro Channels by moving events to the ‘Archived Events’ section.

Archived events are no longer available for viewers but can be unarchived any time.

How to archive an event

If you want to archive an ended event in your LiveStream Pro channel, you can press on the ‘…’-button and select ‘Archive’.

You then have to confirm that you wish to archive the selected event.

Please be aware

Only ended events can be archived. Also only users with the role Admin or Editor can archive events.

Archived events section

You can find your archived events by clickong on the ‘Archived’-icon in the sidebar of the LiveStream Pro interface.

The archived events section contains all events that are currently archived.

If you wish to unarchive an event you can do so by clicking on the ‘…’-button and pressing ‘Unarchive’.

An unarchived event will be moved back to the regular events and can be edited again.

Please note

Archived events are not accessible for Viewers. Viewers will see a status page with a ‘Event is not available’ message.
