LiveStream Pro supports the selection and usage von videos out of a VideoManager Pro account as VOD/recording or Intro- or Outro-video.

VideoManager Pro supports different protection methods which may limit the availability or playback when embedded in an event. Protection methods are configured in SecurityPolicies. A SecurityPolicy can be assigned to a single video or can be active for the whole VideoManager Pro account valid for all videos.

Referer protection

The selected video can be watched by end users, if the domain of the LiveStream Pro application (lspro.movingimage.com) is configured in the active SecurityPolicy in VideoManager Pro.

This selected video will not work if the domain of the LiveStream Pro application is not configured in the active SecurityPolicy in VideoManager Pro.

Please contact the owner of the video in VideoManager Pro or the administrator of the VideoManager Pro account to update the related SecurityPolicy.

SSO protection

The selected video can be watched by end users, if the event is also protected via Single Sign-On with the same IdP.

This selected video will not work, if the event is not protected via Single Sign-On (public, password-protected, user registration) or the IdP configured for the channel is different.

Please change the configuration of the event by activating Single Sign-On or contact the administrator or LiveStream Pro to activate the correct IdP.

You can also contact the owner of the video in VideoManager Pro or the administrator of the VideoManager Pro account to update the related SecurityPolicy.

IP range protection

Geo-protection

The selected video can be watched by end users, if the user consuming the event has an IP within the configured IP-ranges or geo-location of the active SecurityPolicy in VideoManager Pro.

This selected video will not work, if the user has an IP not configured in the active SecurityPolicy in VideoManager Pro.

Please inform the user about the restricted or allowed IPs.

Please contact the owner of the video in VideoManager Pro or the administrator of the VideoManager Pro account to update the related SecurityPolicy.
